Introduction

Visiting East Java is not enough if you dont visit Bromo and Ijen. Both are active volcanoes with outstanding landscape Bromo with the beautiful sunrise and massive sea of sand and Ijen with the magnificent acid crater lake.

Tour Program

Day I   MALANG - BROMO - SEMPOL  :

Pick up at 01.00 AM then drive to Sukapura (2.5 hours)

Change to the jeep then drive to viewpoint ( 2.770 m) to see the sunrise

After the sunrise continue to go to Bromo Crater ( 2.392 m) driving through sea of sand

Drive back to Sukapura proceed to Sempol (6 hours)

Day II  IJEN CRATER - KETAPANG HARBOR :

Start at 05.00 AM to drive to Paltuding (30 minutes)

Hike to the top of Ijen to see the crater lake ( 1.5 hours)

Descend back to Paltuding

Drive to Ketapang Harbor (2 hours)

Arrive in Ketapang end of the tour

What to Bring:

Jacket Sweater (temperature is approximately 5 to 10 Celsius)

Comfortable Clothes
